TAXIPOST proposes a Tracking & Tracing global system, accessible on the internet, enabling us to follow each delivery thanks to a bar coding identification. We will be able, at all times, to tell you where your product is. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address mentioned by you during the ordering process. Delivery takes place during office hours. Make sure that someone will be present at the delivery address communicated to us. If there is nobody available at first presentation of the product, you will have the possibility to organize a second delivery by directly contacting the shipping company at the phone number left on the passage notice. Please note that if nobody is present to acknowledge reception of the parcel at the second delivery, the parcel will then be delivered to you at your own expense and you will be charged for any additional costs resulting from a third delivery procedure.
